Registration Terms and Conditions

The registration fee entitles all delegates to the following:

  • All sessions
  • Satchel: program booklet
  • Social functions: Welcome Reception, Poster Sessions, Excursion with packed lunch
  • Morning and afternoon teas, Lunches

Student Registration
We expect to provide support by waiving the full registration cost for 50 students. In order to have the fee waived students must write to INPC2016@adelaide.edu.au with name, nationality, institution, supervisor details and academic program together with a letter from their supervisor. The Organising Committee will allocate a unique code to be used on the registration form which will enable the fee waiver.

Student registrations are entitled to:

  • Morning and afternoon teas, Lunches

Registration confirmation

Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via email or post with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form.  Your registration will only be processed or confirmed if payment does accompany your form.

Name badge

Each member of the conference will receive a name badge upon registration.  The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Conference Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

 

Group Registration

The Group registration is offered when a single entity registers ten (10) or more individuals.  Please email the Conference managers for the group booking form.

The Group registration form must be received by the Conference Managers on or before date to be eligible for the early registration fee and payment must be received by date, even without the list of participants.  The final list of participants must be submitted by date.  Should this deadline not be met, the difference between early and standard registration fees will apply and must be paid in order to process the Group registration.

Private Touring, Private Functions, Hospitality Arrangements

Should you have any specialised group requirements for private touring, private function, transportation or hospitality services other than those organised for the official program, please contact the Conference Manager who would be pleased to assist with arrangements.

It is requested that you advise the Conference Managers of any private /corporate functions that might be planned outside of the official program.

Credit Card

Please note all online registrations require immediate payment by credit card.  Accepted credit cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Conference by Arinex Pty Ltd’.

If payment cannot be processed via credit card, please contact the Conference Mangers for alternate payment options.

 

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers inpc2016@arinex.com.au.

Registration Fees: Before 28/06/16 will incur an A$100.00 cancellation fee. Before 08/08/16 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid. After 08/08/16 there will be no refund.

Social: Payments are non-refundable at 01/08/16

Tours: Payments are non-refundable at 01/08/16

The program is correct at the time of publishing.  The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Conference timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the host organisation(s) nor the Conference Managers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.

The Conference Managers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Conference for promotional, advertising or reporting of the Conference and/or its content at their sole discretion.
